Nouvelle sur le site, je viens de recevoir ma toute première tablette, la huion kamvas pro 13, et les ennuis commencent déjà 😅

J'ai allumé la tablette, elle se connecte bien à l'ordinateur, le stylet fonctionne aussi mais dès que j'ai installer le driver ( je suis sous mac ), ça a commencé à se compliquer. Je trouve comment ouvrir l'application du driver sous mac, mais dès que j'ouvre le driver, le stylet ne fonctionne plus, je ne peux donc rien faire pour calibrer l'écran, etc. Et je ne vois pas du tout d'ou ça vient. J'ai desinstaller, débrancher, rebrancher, réinstaller mais même problème, dès que je l'ouvre, plus de stylet 😰

Si quelqu'un a une idée ?

petite question ton stylet ne marche plus ? ou il est et passer sur une autre ecran ? car j'ai déjà eu ce problème :)

Alors quand j'ai branché la tablette pour la première fois, le stylet fonctionnait sur l'écran de mon ordi ( donc en mode souris ) sur la tablette juste un fond d'écran. Et à partir du moment ou j'ai installé le driver, plus de stylet fonctionnel même sur l'écran de l'ordi :/

J'ai installé la version : 14.3.10 via le site huion.

Bon là du coup j'ai tout re-desinstaller.

Au tri fait bizarre, je n'ai pas le même fond d'écran sur ma tablette et l'ordinateur ( celui sur la tablette est celui de l'écran d'accueil de l'ordi avant d'entrer sur le bureau quand je tape mon mot de passe )

Ah, je viens d'essayer sur un autre ordinateur, et la duplication d'écran se fait correctement, je pense que j'ai un soucis avec le mac ( mais c'est mon ordinateur ) je comprends pas pourquoi il se duplique bizarrement comme sur la photo. Depuis ce matin je cherche je vais devenir dingue 😱

Edit : C'est bon, j'ai réussi a correctement dupliquer les deux écrans ! Déjà c'est pas mal.

Par contre, toujours le même soucis de driver, dès que je l'ouvre, la reconnaissance du stylet ne se fait plus, je ne peux agir que sur mon ordi avec ma souris.

Sincèrement je désespère, si quelqu'un peut m'aider, j'ai passer la journée dessus rien à faire 😭

a tu essayer de contacter huion? par hasard car il on un bon service client ( du moi pour ceux que j'ai eu a faire...)

Je n'avais qu'un des deux cochés, voilà pourquoi le stylet était déconnecté au lancement du driver. Il faut passer par là avec les récentes MAJ sur mac.

J'ai une tablette Hiuon aussi alors moi quand j'ai ce problème. Ton stylet est il rechargé? sinon

c'est que photoshop est souvent déjà ouvert, tu fermes photoshop, tu lances l'app huion, tu test le stylet, tu fais "appliquer" et relances photoshop. Normalement ça refonctionne.

Comment as-tu réglée ton problème finalement? J'ai les même problème tecnhique que toi avec mon mac! Et malheureusement le liens est mort...

Même problème avec macos catalina 10.15.2 sur imac avec driver Huion v.14.4.4.191025 , ça m'affiche "dispositif désactivé" j'ai voulu suivre ton explication mais je n'affiche pas les image en png de ton explication, ma tablette Huion H610PRO fonctionne bien sur mon Macbook avec High Sierra. merci pour ton aide

Re bonjour, j'ai réussi à faire fonctionner mon driver sur macos catalina, en fait il faut installer la version v.11.1.8 du 23-05-2017, je n'avais pas besoin de faire de mise à jour du driver pour macos catalina. Tout fonctionne impeccable

hello j'ai le même problème que vous et je comprend rien a vos explications ( trop nulle la fille 😕 ) j'ai un Mac OS Mojade 10 14 recent , tablette Huions kamvas Pro 22 ... déja j'ai galérée pour la brancher ( acheter non sans mal un cable HDMI / USB ) une galère a installer le drivers , a connecter les é ecran .... et la le stylet rien a faire

Solution to the Installation Issues on Mac Mojave

Recently updated your Mac to the latest OS Mojave and can’t get your Huion device to work with it? Please don’t worry, we’ll walk you through and get your device work again!

Before we start, you may need to first make sure that you’ve uninstalled all previous Huion drivers correctly. Please check the below link and learn how to uninstall V13 or V14 driver properly: How to Uninstall the HUION MAC Driver V13 or V14 Properly

 

Now, here are the most frequently seen issues with Mac Mojave:

1) Popup Error. – An “Unidentified developer” error message pops up and the tablet doesn’t respond at all.

2) Pen Cannot Move. -- It shows “Device connected” in the driver interface but the stylus can not control the cursor on the screen;

3) Pen pressure sensitivity doesn’t work. -- The stylus can move the cursor but without pen pressure;

To avoid the above hassles, we are providing solutions that could be helpful. Please check the steps below.
 

Step 1. Driver Installation

If you are a new Huion user and have not installed any driver in your computer yet, please follow the steps below to install the driver:

1) Go to Huion official website: www.huion.com/download/driver/ and download the latest V14 driver.

2) Click the installation package >Drag the icon of “HuionTablet” to “Applications”> Double click “HuionTablet”> Select “Open” to run the driver.

3) After installation, the following problem may occur depending on the user's different settings. The corresponding solution is as follows:

If the software is not downloaded from App Store, the system will pop up a tip as below:

 

Simply by clicking “Open”, then you can open the software.

 

 

Step 2. Make Sure the Driver Interface Shows “Device connected”.

After the driver is properly installed, please open the driver and plug all cables correctly. And please confirm that the driver interface shows “Device connected” (as below).

 

 

If the driver interface shows “Device disconnected”, please check if the “TabletDriverAgent” process has been enabled properly in yourActivity Monitor. If it’s been enabled, it will show as the below screenshot:

 

If it has not been enabled properly, you will need to restart the “TabletDriverAgent” process. That means you need to restart the driver.

 

Step 3. If the driver interface shows” Device connected”, follow the steps below to set up "Security and Privacy".

1) When using the stylus pen to touch the graphic tablet or pen display, the system will detect the first trigger and its action, and it will promptly pop up a box to enter the “System Preferences” interface (because of Apple company’s policy, if you do not grant access to our driver, you will not be able to use our graphic tablet in Mac system):

 

2) Please click “Open System Preferences”, then you can open and set up the “Security & Privacy” as the below picture shown;

If you accidentally click “Deny”, then you will need to follow the steps below to call out the “System Preferences”:

Go to Mac System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Accessibility

 

 

Step 4. Tick “TabletDriverAgent” and “HuionTablet” to the whitelist.

You can see that “TabletDriverAgent” is in the whitelist, but it is unchecked. Please follow the steps below to check it:

1) Click the lock icon  to unlock and input your password;

2) Tick the box in front of “TabletDriverAgent";

3) Click “?” and it will call out another page.

 

4) Click “Applications”, search for “HuionTablet”, you can find out the “HuionTablet” driver. Then, please click the icon of “HuionTablet” and select “Open”. After completing the above-mentioned steps, you are successful to tick “HuionTablet” to the whitelist.

 

5) And the last step is to tick the box in front of “HuionTablet”.

 

Now, you have finished all the steps and installed the driver properly. You can start to use your graphic tablet, have fun!

hello 

j'ai EXACTEMENT le même soucis ça fait 3 jours que j'y suis , Huion personne ne répond ... c'est quoi un des deux cochés j'ai beau chercher je vois pas du tout .... dommage le lien ne fonctionne pas , un éleve en a mis un mais en anglais je comprend rien 😞 

je vais etre obliger d'emmener ordi , tablette chez mon informaticien ( bonjour le déménagement ...)  en plus du coup de la prestation mais la franchement meme mon gendre doué en informatique et en Mac ne pige rien 😄 

Tu dois aller dans tes paramètres de sécurité et autoriser le driver Huion en cochant les petite case grise à côté du logo huion (le driver). La case grise doit devenir bleu.

Putain mec si t'étais devant moi je te ferais un gros câlin ❤️ ❤️❤️❤️. Ça fait 2 jours que mon macbook pro ne voulait prendre en compte le stylet et j'ai dû me rabattre sur mon Imac. J'avais peur de devoir laisser définitivement mon macbook pro de côté pour le DP 🙂
