Othalaz - #3 Rolf - Character Design

#3 Rolf - Crew foreman Othalaz. He was adopted by Woden, very young, already inhabited by madness and rage, over the body of his brother murdered by Khritos of the Ichthus crew. The only memory of his brother is his sword, broken, that he picked up before fleeing the raid, with his adoptive father Since that day, he has been the armed arm of Woden, his greatest warrior. Angry and mocking by nature, ravaged by his inner demon and the desire for revenge, he always gives 100% during the fights, goes into an uncontrollable trance state and destroys everything that passes in front of him, which is sometimes problematic for the rest of the crew. but he obeys every beck and call his captain.
Personal character design project - Concept art that consists of representing a universe whose theme is piracy fused with various mythologies. The crew I represented here belongs to the Nordic mythology, the Othalaz crew. This is just the beginning of a project, I intend to continue to develop the universe afterwards, by drawing other crews, enemies and landscapes, deepening those already existing and extending little by little the universe, which would aim to be adapted in an animated series, or in a narrative video game.
