Tito is a Charizard, an alien race allied with humans since the very beginning. This semi-humanoid lizard with six legs (four to move around) is capable of moving very quickly and has a more than questionable sense of humour and an attitude that is far too cavalier for most people. Tito's colourful high-tech outfits make him even more eccentric.
