A fan art of a very famous creature : the Xenomorph, from Alien franchise.
I’m always hyptonized by this creature design that, I must admit, one of my all time favourite.
So I tried to find the attitude of the xenomorph I loved in the movies, a mix between a calm, elegant, intelligent, and dangerous creature.
As a fan of H.R Giger work, it was really interesting to play with all these body parts, bio-mechanic aspect, and to play with textures somewhere between metallic reflections, and a “glossy” organic body.
I finished to give a blueish and smoky atmosphere, remembering the second movie “Aliens”.
