The Listening ~

I wanted to share in this painting the sense of listening our environment. A sense we kinda forgot with time. We use to think a branch will always break under our weight if it doesn't look strong and hard enough. But trees, like all the livings, have an amazing ability to adapt. We forgot this, and most of all, we forgot to listen, to ask, and to trust.

Very quick study painting I've finally finished. The character is based on my original character Hatchepsout (chara description in Menmaât stories). She's learning how to climb a tree while trusting its strength ☀️🌿
