Replace a Photoshop colour with empty space instead of another colour

I've been looking for a way to use a tool to erase all the white holes in a drawing I've made. The thing is, I haven't found anything that can do it, does anyone have any ideas?

You just have to pass the layer in multiply mode, white pixels will become transparent. Please speak french in the forum.
