Glory My Queen

Hi everyone. For my 28th birthday, I wanted to draw my favourite character from Wings of Fire.

A true leader.

The one who fights and has sacrificed everything for the dignity of the weak. I find Gloria’s character very inspiring; I’d love to be part of her tribe. In short, I’m in awe of her.

The idea behind the composition is that, as a spectator, she’s looking at you amongst her subjects. It’s up to you to decide what her gaze might mean.



This illustration also marks a new stage in my artistic journey. I’ve recently revamped my entire visual identity, from my logo to my banners, and I intend to keep developing my skills, both in digital painting and in writing and 3D sculpture.
